While I'm generally willing to assume good faith on the part of other Wikipedia contributors, my credulity is somewhat stretched by your assertions today that you are "a girl" with a very large penis.

I'm going to echo this statement and offer my own warning to you. If you are indeed trolling, stop. This is the only warning that you will receive on that matter concerning trolling. If you do have legitimate medical questions, Wikipedia isn't the place for them.
