Statements like I aspirise to illegalize the lgbt rights but the wrongdoer will do it by secret in the prison. are unacceptable on Wikimedia sites; §3.1 of the Universal Code of Conduct is clear that insults about sexual orientation are considered harrassment and are unacceptable behaviour.

If you have reliable sources to justify "informal law", then you should add that as a note to the article LGBT rights in Indonesia, rather than replacing the existing information. I would expect the template should not be updated with informal details.

Please do not make further statements that can be interpreted as harassment, such as your comments on User talk:114.5.243.133 and on Talk:LGBT rights in Indonesia, however.
