General Deputy of Álava → Deputy General of Álava – Former title, the article was moved to General Deputy of Álava without discussion. The noun+adjective order has a few hits in Google Books ([1], [2], [3] and is the form used in English language press releases of the Basque Government (at irekia.euskadi.eus). The adjective+noun form has results in Google Books too ([4]) but seems to be more uncommon overall.
