| Description |
Deutsch: Römischer militärisch genutzter Ziegelbrennofen I mit rechteckiger Lochtenne; 1987 bis 1988 im Ortskern von Dömös nahe dem nordungarischen Donauknie ergraben. Der von der Legio I Adiutrix betriebene Brennofen I wurde in eine nach Norden, zur Donau hin, abfallende lehmige Uferwand gesetzt. Der Brennraum beträgt 620x544 cm, seine 30 cm breiten Seitenwände wurden aus in Lehm gesetzten Ziegeln errichtet. Quelle: ARCHAEOLOGIAI ÉRTESÍTŐ, Band 121/122 (1994–1995), S. 97 bis 114. Die S/W-Zeichnung auf S. 98 wurde von mir anhand der Grabungsfotos in der Aufsichtsperspektive räumlich gestaltet. Die von mir eingesetzten Farben dienen nur der Höhenabgrenzung und waren so nicht am Befund zu finden. |
