Description
English: This is Barnard 35, a cloud in the Lambda Orionis Ring (Sh2-264). New stars are being born in this region and otherwise hidden structures, such as a Herbig-Haro Object (HH 175) is seen in this infrared image. The bright star in the lower right part of the image is the variable star FU Orionis.
