English: The Heroes of the Alamo Monument at the Texas State Capitol in Austin, United States. The monument was installed in 1891. It was second official state historical monument. James S. Clark of Louisville, Kentucky, designed the pink granite monument, and Denmark native Carl Smith sculpted the bronze soldier holding a muzzleloader.
