Legality of Cannabis by U.S. Jurisdiction

Eric Emery is an American paramedic and politician serving in the South Dakota House of Representatives where he represents district 26A.[1] He is a member of the Democratic Party.[2]

Emery is employed as the emergency medical services director for the Rosebud Indian Reservation.[3]
