Legality of Cannabis by U.S. Jurisdiction

Atsepar, also spelled Otsepor[1] is a former Yurok settlement in Humboldt County, California.[2] Kroeber maps it on the Klamath River south of the confluence of Bluff Creek and the Klamath, but above the confluence with the Trinity River.[1] Waterman placed it on the Klamath, 1/2 mile south of the mouth of Bluff creek.[3]
