The 2024–25 season is the 113th season in the history of Port Vale Football Club and their first season back in League Two since the 2021–22 season, following their relegation from League One in the previous season. In addition to the domestic league, the club would also participate in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the EFL Trophy.

On 14 May, Port Vale announced their initial pre-season plans with local fixtures against Newcastle Town, Kidsgrove Athletic and Leek Town.[1]
