Thank you for reverting the Autumn Goodbye addition at Ashley Tisdale discography. I'd run my course of three reverts; all I could do when I last left it was tag it as dubious.

You should contact an admin about that user. If he was really blocked previously by vandalism and user abuses, probably he will be blocked again.
