Stanhope Road School is a Primary School in the Auckland suburb of Mt Wellington.
Location
The school is located off the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway with the main entrance at Harris Road. The majority of the class rooms face north over looking the play areas. On the north side of the school grounds is a massive playing field for rugby and soccer. The school is equipped with a swimming pool and computerised library with fully networked classrooms.
Rivalries
Traditionally, Stanhope Road School had a rivalry with the other local Schools: Bailey Road School, Ellerslie School, Panmure District School and Sylvia Park School.
