- ^ Although the name was changed to Wooburn and Bourne End by the parish council in 2004 (confirmed 17 July 2009 in a letter from Lisa Witney, Clerk to Wooburn and Bourne End Parish Council), this remains unofficial as Wycombe District Council has never followed the correct procedure. The name "Wooburn" is still used by national government, for example Ordnance Survey Election Maps.
