The 2023–24 Indian Super League playoffs is the 10th playoffs series of the Indian Super League.

The top two teams will automatically qualify for the semi-finals. The third-placed to sixth-placed teams will play a single-leg play-off to determine the other two semi-finalists. The semi-finals will be played over two legs and the final will be played with only one match.
