I am an experienced editor with another account but I wish to use this username to contribute to the Cannabis Wikiproject. I believe that this is legitimate under Wikipedia:Sock_puppetry#Segregation_and_security. I do not wish to disclose my other username as it is clear from that account who I really am, I will be happy to do reveal this information to any beauracrats if there is good reason to do so.
