Just repeating what I mentioned at Template talk:Repetition section#Template doesn't actually match or reference main "Repetition" template, but reworded to make sense here:

Unlike, for instance, the {{BLP unsourced}} and {{BLP unsourced section}} templates, the {{Repetition section}} template doesn't actually seem to be a wrapper of this one. As a result, the wording of the {{Repetition section}} template is totally different from the current wording of this main template. The {{Repetition section}} template should be edited to be a wrapper of this template, thereby avoiding the need for unnecessary repetition of the same work in 2 places in the future.
