Lighting = Differential Inference Contrast. Objective = Olympus UPlanFL N 60x. Stack of seven images, each 1 micron apart. Real-world width of image = 0.37 mm.

Français : Cellules de feuilles de Bryum capillare laissant apparaitre leurs chloroplastes (formes sphériques vertes) contenant des réserves d'amidon (formes allongées plus claires).
