Is there any chance of a Wikimedia proposal to fix some drop-dead bugs such as the fact that the Wikipedia App (Android + Apple) is broken and should have its edit functionality removed? Hang on, I think I misinterpreted this page as I assumed that someone creating something like this would be a WMF staffer. Am I right in thinking that this is nothing official and this is essentially someone's essay with the expectation that others will add or remove stuff for some indeterminate purpose?
