- File:Kennesaw State Scrappy Mascot.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- I'm not sure about the license tag that has been applied here (public domain - no original authorship). An author is specified in the metadata. SuperMarioMan 05:13, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I emailed Kennesaw State's Marketing department and asked for permission, should I forward the email along? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bleheu (talk • contribs)
- Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so a clearer consensus may be reached.
- Relisting comment: Relisting in order to let this permissioning business complete or fail. Please forward the permission emails onto OTRS. SchuminWeb (Talk) 00:25, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I just forwarded the email to info-en-c(at)wikimedia.org for both of these files. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bleheu (talk • contribs) 17:40, 5 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Make sure you follow the procedures at WP:OTRS/Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Until that email is received and authenticated, {{Di-no permission}} applies.--GrapedApe (talk) 01:10, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete, at least for now. As I understand it, an OTRS ticket (2012110510008511) was submitted, but the information contained within was insufficient. As such, I'm deleting it, but if this gets resolved in such a way that we can use it, this image may be restored by any administrator. SchuminWeb (Talk) 00:54, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Nominated for similar reasons to the above: implausible public domain claim (no original authorship). The application of a geometry tag is clearly in error. SuperMarioMan 05:20, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Claim of "own work" over 1935 photo, which is clearly scanned from a book, is not credible. Insufficient information is provided to determine copyright status (no author, no source). GrapedApe (talk) 15:34, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Pruzzo 78-79.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- There are two entirely different photos in the file history here. The current version has no source information at all; it was just uploaded over the top of the old version. The original photo was tagged {{PD-Italy}}, which says, "If this image meets the definition of a simple photograph and was created prior to 1976 and published without a copyright notice before 1 March 1989, then it was out of copyright in Italy on the date of restoration (January 1, 1996) and is currently in the public domain in the United States (17 U.S.C. § 104A)." But the file name seems to indicate that the photo was taken in 1978 or 1979, and its use in the A.S. Roma article indicates that it illustrates Roberto Pruzzo playing for Roma, which didn't occur until 1979; so it appears that the conditions for the {{PD-Italy}} tag are not met. —Bkell (talk) 17:58, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- The uploader of the current version has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet. —Bkell (talk) 18:00, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:CCcampus.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- This is an aerial photo of a school. It is tagged as self-created, but the school's Web page is provided as the source, and this page says at the bottom, "© 2007, 2012 Detroit Catholic Central High School". Additionally, the file description says, "Copyright holder: Fr. Robert Moslosky." No evidence is provided that the uploader is the copyright holder or that the copyright holder has released this image under the GFDL or CC-BY-SA-3.0 as claimed. —Bkell (talk) 18:09, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
