This user repeatedly edits pages regarding the foreign relations of different nations, removing references and source materials regarding their relationships as they relate to South Korea. In particular, the user generally attempts to duplicate the website of the ministry of foreign affairs for South Korea, and deletes all other information about the relationships between the two countries.

This user targets articles which describe the foreign relations of different countries, usually beginning with "Foreign relations of".

Habitual behavior[edit]

The user performs disruptive editing and commits vandalism. Before he was originally blocked in 2015 and the article was protected, the user attempted to restore Foreign relations of South Korea to his preferred form, which suffered from severe overlinking, bad grammar, and copy violations from the website of the ministry of foreign affairs for South Korea.

Today, the user attempts to remove information on other nation's foreign relations which cannot be found on the South Korean ministry of foreign affairs website, to their preferred versions of the articles. For example, the user will remove references to "South" Korea or the "Republic of" Korea, referring to it solely as "Korea" as seen here instead, and will change statements such as "South Korea has an embassy" into "Korean embassy" instead.

The user's command of the English language is generally poor, as often sentences will make little grammatical sense. In addition, the user makes no attempt to talk to or otherwise interact with the people who reach out to them.

Generally the user will edit from IPs which geolocate to Seoul, South Korea, however, in the past the user also created usernames that either implied that they were of a nationality other than South Korean (Scottish, Irish, English...), or had "people" or "man" in its name.

The primary IP that the user edits from is 180.189.88.158. In 2017, the user was blocked for one year, and after it expired, they immediately started editing articles related to foreign relations again.
