Otto4711 started out as a normal editor in April 2006, editing mostly in the topic area of American television. However, he faced multiple blocks and ANI threads for personal attacks and edit warring, and after the sixth block in September 2009, he started evading the block using an alt account, Eddie's Teddy (talk · contribs · logs · block log) and later Are You The Cow Of Pain? (talk · contribs · logs · block log). The original account was blocked for sockpuppetry on September 25, 2010. Since then, Otto has continued to evade blocks in the same topic area.
