  • Reason: I have used the nickname/signature of Fiddle Faddle for as long as I have been active on Wikipedia, bar a couple of days. To avoid confusion I usurped the account Fiddle Faddle some time ago and adopted it as a legitimate alternate account, setting it to redirect talk requests to my account of Timtrent. I have recently been addressed as FF and wish to usurp this as an additional legitimate alternate account to help avoid further confusion.
I wish to keep and continue to use Timtrent as my main account. I do not wish to lose control of, nor access to this account. Please do not rename my account under any circumstances. This is not a typical request.
The SUL for FF shows 5 edits to en, 95 to nl. If the 95 to nl are a gating factor let us drop this right now, at the outset. The request is intended for my convenience, not to incovenience another editor

@SheriffIsInTown: You can create a global account using Special:MergeAccount (currently this is not necessary, since all user accounts on all Wikimedia projects should now have one, and new accounts always have a global account created for them), and you can check on it later by going to Special:CentralAuth/SheriffIsInTown. A confirmation link can only be obtained if you own the target account (when you know its password) -- make an edit with it, and then paste the URL to the diff here using your current account. However, as the target account has made edits on another wiki, this request cannot be processed here, and should instead be filed at m:SRUC. @RJW37: The message you got in the now-archived request was made before SUL finalisation, and since it would appear that you didn't make the seven edits necessary to claim the SUL, de:user:Frunk got the SUL. If you would like to get the name "Frunk" back, you will need to ask that user if they are willing to usurp it; you can start by filing an usurpation request at m:SRUC. @Lemmie: K6ka is correct, however if you do not want to keep your contributions as User:Lemmie here (there are only 2 edits other than those to this board), I believe it is possible to switch your two enwiki accounts around. My old username, bahman, may or may not have been attributed to someone else; I have no way of knowing.
