  • Reason: Tito Dutta is my real name. For last few months I have thinking to change username. First, I thought to change the name to "There is the North Pole" (a line from Jules Verne's novel "The Adventures of Captain Hatteras", but later changed mind because– the username is completely different from my current username and in world wide web I generally participate using real identity (some other forums like Ubuntu, Official Gmail forum, Official Orkut forum etc). That's why later I thought of changing my username to "T. Dutta", "Tito D" etc. But, I think username "Tito" will be the best because 1) it'll give me anonymity to some extent (Tito Dutta is a very uncommon name, if you search in world wide web, you'll get all results related to me. But, only Tito is exactly opposite– very common name. 2) It is still real identity.

It is within a bureaucrat's discretion, but regular practice is not to grant requests that would effectively take away the SUL claim from a user in another project (see WP:Handling SUL conflicts). If this request is not granted the best option I can see is to wait some time, at least a year, for the accounts to be considered stale — Frankie (talk) 17:44, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
