I've done my research on the previous submission. I see that "Cyclone" is a global user who has fewer edits on all Wikis combined than I do on this Wiki. Further, I noticed a global account controversy; I have plans to create a global account (despite being unilingual) because I intend to remain active at least on the English Wikipedia, but might make tiny contributions to other areas where possible (I've edited the Finnish Wikipedia, in fact, regarding a bridge collapse months ago with some figures but used my IP for those edits). As it seems, Doppelgänger used his/her account in a 7 days period (in 2004), and haven't made any GFDL significant edits.
