  • I was not making an accusation of harassment and no, it was not Justlettersandnumbers who tracked me down, it was an other user. I don't think they intended harm, but it spurred my desire to change usernames. My original post said that I needed to make Justlettersandnumbers aware of this issue. I said that because he is working the copyright investigation and I did not want it to appear that I was trying to evade the investigation or engage in hand puppetry. When I search for Aleutian06, it indicates that it was created in 2013.

1997kB Hi there, and thank you for your reply. the domain of the email address used to register the email is no longer in my possession and has been re-registered in 2017. I can prove the ownership of the domain at the time of registration, now if new user has catchall account, they may takeover. hopefully not, but I don't think this is a correct approach on a security and righteousness pov. @K6ka, this must be the worst registration and user management system in the whole internet. When I registered the maverickws13 account yesterday I logged in selecting the keep me logged in for 365 days, yet the next time I open the page, I'm logged out. AMAZING.

Hey Maverickws13, We don't doubt that it's not you who registered the account, but there's no other option to except going this way. If the email has been re-registered then I don't think they will try to acquire account associated with it. So now we will wait until 26 November and if everything goes well usurpation will complete. And yeah this might not be best registration or user management system, but we are also volunteer like you and have nothing to do with that. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 10:06, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
