It was the initial name I used when I registered for Wikipedia but someone locked it implying that it indicated I had nefarious intent and I have had to use this alternate since. They never offered a real reason and were dismissive when I inquired. The thing is I have that account name registered as my main email (though not my personal email), and quite literally have an issue with it no other places--excepting places that may have a 'real name' policy--so if I cannot use it I would like a personal response rather than impersonal and unhelpful boilerplate.
I do not see how my username violates any of the provisions on inappropriate usernames: no one should be offended; it is not personal; it is not intended to provoke an emotional reaction; and it shows no clear attempt to disrupt Wikipedia.
