@DerHexer: Yes, I created Theatticfilmfest and then I got a notice about violating the naming policy, so I requested a change to my user ID. Then I saw that I was blocked, so I went ahead and created Bjconcan because I didn't know the status of my rename request, and I had not created anything substantial with Theatticfilmfest.
