@Jimfbleak: Even though you left the decision to me, I've always been unwilling to unilaterally unblock when a blocking admin has reservations; as such, I'm going to mark this as  Not done. @Fycafterpro: Unfortunately, the first letter of a username has to be capitalized. However, you can place {{lowercase title}} on your userpage and/or talk page and the first letter of your username will show up as a lowercase there.
