I've unblocked, at least for now, 207.159.196.253 (talk · contribs), which is used by staff and patrons at the Queens Library. They're having a wiki-workshop training session tomorrow (requiring several new accounts to be registered), and besides that there have not been any bad edits from that IP recently.--Pharos (talk) 01:08, 17 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Since the abusive user has returned to that location a number of times to register and use sockpuppets, please let me know when the workshop has wrapped up so that the IP can be reblocked.
