I included background on those opposition groups to give perspective on their objections. The argument that the reader can do research on the background of those opposition groups is not, in my understanding, sufficient to remove the text. Further, those organizations never presented themselves as objective. In fact, I'm inclined to eliminate this part altogether, since the PRG provides realistic concerns, and their objections are now about a decade old, and so have only historical bearing on CAHSR.

You will note that I also gave background on the PRG, so the reader can more readily understand their purpose and perspective. By your logic, background on the PRG should also be removed.
