In {{Sister project links}}, you can set |auto=1 and have wikidata fill in the links, e.g.:

Another template you may find useful is {{Commons}}. That template uses wikidata to determine whether there is a gallery or a category over at Commons, and link to it. Thanks for finding all these there are probably thousands! They take quite a bit of time and work, one domain can take a full day if large enough. If there are too many I may get discouraged!
