Aryan Residency[edit]

Skidzum Lundup, a Brokpa, runs her hotel Aryan Residency in the Byama village with a light touch. She smiles with her eyes. She has spent all her life in the area; the Brokpas marry within the community to keep their lineage pure.

Deep revert[edit]

I have reverted all recent additions to the article which are either unsourced or ill-sourced. Not to even speak of the purple prose which is patently unsuitable for an encyclopaedic article. TrangaBellam (talk) 11:40, 15 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I also removed links to Dah Hanu, since that page says it consists of two villages, whereas this page is about an area consisting of four villages. Somebody needs to resolve that conflict. Or, perhaps, we should even get rid of one of the pages. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 07:13, 16 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
With regards to unreliable sources, abury seems to be one, as it's a blog, so not sure why it's being used, in the lede too of all places, when it's not even mentioned on the bropka article. --92.21.82.79 (talk) 06:10, 25 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Apperance of Brokpa in Dah-Hanu[edit]

Several reputable research papers and reliable news articles suggest that the Brokpa people exhibit Mediterranean features, including blue eyes, tall stature, fair complexion, and blonde hair. Some relevant sources are provided below: 1: [1] Quote "Phenotypically, they have Mediterranean features and fair skins, many of them have blond hair and blue eyes." 2: [2] It quotes " Based on their facial features such as blue eyes and sharp nose, people somewhere believe it and this can be one reason why the tribe had interference from outsiders and today it is ..."

I wonder why you changed "ahistorical" to "a historical", and removed the line "The claims hold no merit and they run contrary to genetic analyses of the Brokpas."
Not to mention the curious usage of tourist-brochure language like "boast more green cover", "enhancing the scenic beauty of the area", "the Aryan Valley stands out", "apricots are renowned for their exceptional sweetness", etc.
Or that the exotic list of fauna is sourced from an unreliable source. Or that the Brokpa-spam ("The Brokpa people's distinctive physical characteristics, including their tall stature, fair complexion, high cheekbones, and blue-green eyes, may have contributed to unnecessary external interference with the tribe" —?) is sourced from unreliable blogs.
