"Delta-11" is not 11-Hydroxy-D8-THC or any 11-Hydroxy-THC. It is unrelated to the metabolism of 11-Hydroxy-THC or THC.

Delta-11 is Exo-THC (CAS 16849-44-8) (sometimes called delta(9-11)-Tetrahydrocannabinol or delta-11-THC)^[1][2]

I added the "erroneous Delta-11" section to clarify terminology and clear up any possible confusion to readers, The now wider recreational use of these chemicals has brought on a mass swarm of made-up information and there are sites and shops popping up every day now that do not know the difference between the two compounds/do not care enough to clarify and go on and spread said information, using "delta-11" as if it was a synonym for "11-hydroxy" and causing more people to think it is a different chemical.
