Hi! I have came here in a good faith for a little help that I need. I have been blocked for past 2-3 through my IP address of my router, and I am unable to edit English Wikipedia.

I did try the UTRS, but the admins there declined my request without a proper reason, even though I had multiple appeals. I don't know how would I fix it but I ensure that not even by mistake I will edit Wikipedia with my VPN on.

I don't know if you could, the sooner the better, or else it will be archived and my goal with the reverted edit would be in vain for archiving in Wayback Machine.
