Hi, I majorly edit English Wikipedia and would like to help with renaming files as well. I am well aware of the renaming guidelines and policies and have thoroughly been through WP:FMV.  Not done. Thank you for offering to help, but since you have no edits in the file namespace, I don't think you have the experience needed for this permission at this time. If moving files is something that interests you, you can use Template:Rename media to request moves, and once you've built up some experience doing that, you can make another request here if needed.
