I have made close to 37,000 edits and am requesting this right for the occasions when I see one of the "nine widely undisputed reasons" for a file to be considered eligible to be renamed/changed, mostly when there is an obvious typo let's say. This just makes that part more streamlined, as opposed to placing { {rename media} } on the image description page. I've been editing articles about visual art and artists for several years now, and I upload/edit a lot of images.
