Cannabis Ruderalis

Attention!!! This article is on probation. Do not edit until you've read the notice below.
(yes, that means you, the person trying to edit right now!)

Editors of this article are subject to the following restriction:

  • No editor may make more than one (1) revert on the same content per twenty-four (24) hour period, excluding blatant vandalism and edits by IPs/unconfirmed acconts. The three revert-rule still applies to the article at large.
  • This restriction is not license for a slow-moving revert-war (e.g., making the same revert once a day, every day); editors who engage in a slow-moving edit war are subject to blocking by an uninvolved administrator, after a warning.

For more information, see this page.

Further points

  1. This probation is based on feedback at WP:AN. Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive219#Sanctions on Tea Party movement, started November 10, 2010 and completed November 12.
  2. If the effect of a non-trivial edit is to change or remove the same set of words, this is "same content."
  3. More leniency will be given to editors who act in the spirit of WP:BRD or who remove uncontroversially untrue statements. If you aren't sure that it's uncontroversial, don't make the edit: propose it on the talk page. If it is turns out you were wrong in your facts, you will probably be blocked. Don't try to be a weasel and use this clause to further a subjective point of view (i.e., not changing an uncontroversial statement): you will most definitely be blocked.
  4. Although this message is placed on the edit notice page so no newcoming editor can miss it, editors are encouraged to gently warn newcomers to the article of the sanctions should s/he place a revert. Unwarned editors who slightly err in the 1RR clause because they were unaware of it may be granted leniency. It is assumed that editors who have participated in discussions regarding this probation are aware of it.
  5. Violations can be reported at WP:ANI. If the violation is complex, consider using the {{sanction appeal}} template.
