Official government portrait of Arthur G. Crane, taken from [1]. Image has been flipped, compressed, and converted to JPEG by Yours Truly. Copyright status and original photographer unknown, but note that the state of Wyoming doesn't release its material into the public domain (unlike the United States government or a couple of states).

This is the official (and therefore presumably widely-used) portrait of Mr Crane as Governor of Wyoming. It is used for identification, in an educational work which notes his time as Governor.
