No real source given. It is very possibly public domain, but if it is not free, it's very much replaceable since he was a public figure. http://lib.msstate.edu/specialcollections/collections/archives/studentpubs/#reveille has archived MSU yearbooks. The ones I clicked on lacked a copyright notice, and he was President for 10 years. There are plenty of public domain photos of him, for example at https://archive.org/stream/reveille681973miss#page/134 B (talk) 18:01, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
