according to User_talk:Whilding87#list reverser you need to have your own webserver to use it. so i dont think it would be appropriate to link it from the template, as it would be too complex for the average user. it is already linked from the category page. but please ask User:Whilding87 his thoughts first.

Hello, I'd be grateful if someone could upload the PHP script somewhere neutral and free; it is too complicated for the average user to use right now.
