The habenular trigone is a small^[1] depressed^[2] triangular area^[1]^[2] situated (sources differ) anterior^[1]/superior^[2] to the superior colliculus. It contains the habenular nuclei.^[1]^[2]

Anatomy[edit]

The habenular trigone is situated on the lateral aspect of the posterior part of the taenia thalami.^[2]
