The habenular trigone is a small[1] depressed[2] triangular area[1][2] situated (sources differ) anterior[1]/superior[2] to the superior colliculus. It contains the habenular nuclei.[1][2]

Anatomy[edit]

The habenular trigone is situated on the lateral aspect of the posterior part of the taenia thalami.[2]
