A WP:MILL building. Article makes no real claim of notability. "Sixth place" award for best new skyscraper in 2016 is the best it offers. Refs are directory entries in lists. Searching finds plenty of ads in real estate sites for the condos. Does not meet WP:GNG. MB 06:34, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
- Comment: The article doesn't really capture it, what with the photograph during construction, but it seems that this is actually an architectural statement piece. "Sixth place" for best new skyscraper sounds more impressive when you realize what the top 10 was:

- Evolution Tower
- Allianz Tower
- Jiangxi Nanchang Greenland Central Plaza
- Abode318
- Icon Bay
- D1
- 432 Park Avenue
- Citygate Tower
- ÏCE Condominiums at York Centre
