I'm replying here to keep the conversation in one place. All of the questions you ask are answered in the links in the messages which I and others have given you above. I suggest you read them. In particular: Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources. In almost all cases, you may not copy text from other sources into Wikipedia. Doing so is a copyright violation and may constitute plagiarism.

• Always write the articles in your own words and cite the sources of the article. Copyright violations are often speedily deleted. For the pdf, the website states: "Website Content Managed by © Content Owned by Union Public Service", and there is no indication otherwise in the document itself. Always assume that text and images you find on the internet are protected by copyright unless very clearly stated otherwise, and even on the very rare occasions they are not, copying large portions word for word is plagiarism.
• See Wikipedia:Copyright violations for details of how copyright violations are dealt with, including blocking of persistent violators. Particularly see Wikipedia:Copyright_violations#Addressing contributors, which says: "Contributors who repeatedly post copyrighted material despite appropriate warning may be blocked from editing by any administrator to prevent further problems. Contributors who have extensively violated copyright policy by uploading many copyrighted files or placing copyrighted text into numerous articles may be blocked without warning for the protection of the project. These blocks are usually indefinite, pending satisfactory assurances that infringement will not continue."

Not at all. I watch many pages, and I check back on users who've had problems, such as your copyvio issues. If they are making a mess I try to clean up, and I try to explain in summaries what I've done. I'm not your mentor, or coach, but if you disagree with a change I've made, or don't understand it, I'll try to explain. On the whole, you seem to be improving. The important thing is not to repeat errors - it took you a long time to "get" the copyvio stuff that many people tried hard for ages to explain. I didn't mean anything sinister, just an awareness note to you that there are some wikipedians who don't like to discuss things like their location, name, gender etc., and might not react well to such questions. I'm not one of them - that I am male, English born, Australian resident is no secret - it's also rarely relevant in the context of editing the encyclopedia. As a side note, the {{Quote}} template is a bit unwieldy for talk page discussions, breaking up the format as it does, particularly for just one sentence. You might prefer {{tq}} which works "like this", clearly distinguishing the quoted text without breaking up the paragraph. Justlookingforthemoment, you have nominated a number of articles for GA lately, and as best I can determine you are not a significant editor to any of them. Two of them have already been quickfailed, indicating that you don't have a firm grasp on how to apply the GA criteria: particularly, what level of prose, sourcing, etc. are required for an article to be considered a GA, which are not the same as what a random editor might consider "good" for an article.

The GA nomination instructions make it clear that Nominators who are not significant contributors to the article should consult regular editors of the article on the article talk page prior to a nomination. The reason is that they will know better than anyone what work still needs to be done on the article, or where its weak points are, or what doesn't meet the criteria. You haven't done this for any of your nominations, so I will be reverting them. If you wish to do the consultation, which should last for at least seven days, if the consensus at the end is that the article is ready to be nominated, by all means do so at that time.

It's great that you're interested in the GA process. You should be aware that the nominator is expected to work on the article to address the issues raised in the course of the nomination; if you don't, then there really isn't any point in nominating, because the nomination will fail if the inevitable problems aren't corrected. I understand, and I may do leave a message on talk page for the article to get nominated for Good Article, but what if no recent editor of that article replies. That there is a very small chance of the recent/active editors of that article to come back and see the talk page, and participate in the discussion process. I, am sorry that I should have left a message on that talk page for the nomination, but I did not do that. Instead, whichever articles I felt met the criteria, nominated them. Optakeover, I'm similarly mystified. I notice you do a lot of anti-vandalism work, and it concerns me that you would issue a 'vandalism' warning for that edit. In the article Infection, The "Diagnosis" section really contained extremely few references, with large portions of text and some sections completely unreferenced. Since WP believes in WP:VERIFY, hence I had put that tag at the top of the section. If you have any problem/suggestion regarding it, please put up a message on my Talk page, but please respect the fact that I had put up the tag in WP:AGF, and hence, stop targeting my edits and reverting those with useless opinions of yours. And yes, as per your explanation, you want me to put up a {{citation needed}} tag at each and every line of that section, which is impractical and impossible and would not at all look good. I had just put up a simple {{More citations needed}} tag at the top of a section, and it was really that simple, but it seems you have no other work to do but just attack on each of my edits here, so you need to say something, which doesn't matter whether its even practical or not, so please stop doing it. I don't revert "all your edits" - don't be silly. Some of the edits you make are poor, and I sometimes revert or alter some of them if I notice. The particular one about which you are whining is poor, as is a lot of the gratuitous tagging you do (see WP:DRIVEBY). What's impractical about explaining your tag on the talk page? That's the sensible thing to do, and what any reasonable person would do if they'd been asked three times for an explanation for a tag they were trying to place and failing to do correctly. What good to other editors looking for an explanation is you rattling on about it on my talk page instead of article talk where they will look? And in response you have just petulantly replaced the tag with no explanation there again... mind blowingly unhelpful - you need to read WP:WAR. If you don't want your edits reverting in future then actually read the reasons your edits are reverted, and act on them - and don't be so belligerent - it's mildly annoying.
