Cannabis Indica

Post-TfD[edit]

Continuing with the points made at the TfD page, perhaps this template could be re-worded in a way that explained the difference between an "unbalanced" article and one that was "NPOV". I haven't thought of any solution myself yet.--AndrewRT 20:22, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

How does this tag differ from {POV-check}? Addhoc 13:47, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I ask the same question as the above Fethroesforia 15:20, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The way I see it, this tags applies more specifically when viewpoints are missing or under represented, the NPOV tag would be when viewpoints are mischaracterized. But maybe that's just me. Dlabtot (talk) 21:33, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Can I use this template on an article that has material from an old 19th century book and is clearly unbalanced? The NPOV template indicates there is a dispute going on. What if the text is just, well, unbalanced? / Fred-J 12:36, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

new template: balance-section[edit]

new template, check it out:

Template:balance-section

yep, my advice is that this template is changed to say only "article" and that wherever its used it be changed to this new template I created where appropriate. Also, I suggest creating a category for this template similar to Category:NPOV disputes.--Urthogie 06:07, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pointers to relevant talk[edit]

I note this template (unlike many other cleanup templates) do not allow for a pointer directly to the relevant talk page section.

Please add.

Well I came up with a version in Template:Unbalanced/sandbox that seems to work. Not sure if there's anything to do before trying it live. -- Mathnerd314159 (talk) 00:33, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
