Sorry for being a petit maitre, but: all Germanic languages, including English, lack a future tense, irrespectively of in what rigid scheme the grammarians force the languages into. Future tense is not an easy task in English (or German or Swedish for that part, no anti-Germanism intended). Said: Rursus 14:17, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can you suggest some better wording to use? Matthew 14:39, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Some improvements[edit]

  • Template must support article/section parameter in order to be more specific  Done
  • It need a parameter to be more specific if we need to change in part, present of future tense  Done

Let me add one more: present tense is just as suitable as past tense for an encyclopedia, but not for e.g. past events or defunct entities - it is a matter of context. So I'd change "unsuitable grammatical tense for an encyclopedia" to just "unsuitable grammatical tense". GregorB (talk) 17:31, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
