Deutsch: Massenhinrichtungsstätte in Palmiry bei Warschau. Das Bild zeigt polnische Gefangene mit Augenbinden vor ihrer Hinrichtung. Von 1939 bis 1941 wurden in Palmiry ca. 1700 Polen und Juden von den deutschen Besatzern getötet. Das Foto wurde von polnischen Widerstandskämpfern beschafft.
English: Mass execution site in Palmiry near Warsaw. Polish prisoners with blindfolds photographed before the execution. Between the years 1939 and 1941 approx. 1700 Poles and Jews were killed by Nazi-Germans in Palmiry. This photo was obtained by Polish resistance movement.
Polski: Polscy więźniowie z zawiązanymi oczami sfotografowani przed egzekucją w Palmirach, gdzie w latach 1939-1941 niemieccy okupanci zamordowali ok. 1700 Polaków i Żydów. Zdjęcie zostało uzyskane jeszcze w czasie wojny przez wywiad Armii Krajowej.
